PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

• Australia Standard: 3-7 business days.

• International (USA/Europe): 5-12 business days.

• Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (available at checkout).

TRACKING You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES Intimacy&Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Dropshipping Notice: Some orders may ship directly from our suppliers and may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Lost or Missing Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at customerservice@intimacybeauty.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Australian Import Duties Orders valued over AUD $1,000 may be subject to GST and import duties upon entry into Australia. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
