SECTION 4 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia and international e-commerce regulations.

Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation in Queensland, Australia, before any legal proceedings.
