30-DAY GUARANTEE We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• Intimacy & Beauty Products: For hygiene reasons, products such as skincare devices, opened cosmetics, or intimate items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, email us at customerservice@intimacybeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for items of equal value. To request an exchange, contact us at customerservice@intimacybeauty.com within 30 days of delivery.
